1、亚信国际匈牙利公司顺利通过ISO27001认证

   经过近半年的英文体系文件准备、一个月的现场实施准备和历时3天的现场审核,亚信国际匈牙利公司ISO27001外审终于落下了帷幕。作为此次亚信集团第10个申请ISO27001证书的公司中第一个完成外审的公司,亚信国际匈牙利公司外审顺利通过给本年度外审及监督审核开了个好头儿。此次亚信国际匈牙利公司申请ISO27001是亚信首个海外公司申请,其顺利通过足以证明亚信的安全工作已经获得国际认可。

AII HU company successfully got the ISO27001 international quality management system certification .

After nearly half-year’s preparation of English system files, one-month’s on-site pre-implementation and 3-days’on-site review, AII HU company ISO27001 external audit came to a close finally.As the first of completing external audit in the 10 Asiainfo companies that have applied for ISO27001 certification, AII HU company’s success in obtaining certification is a good start for external and surveillance audits in this year. The application for ISO27001 of AII HU company is the first overseas company application of Asiainfo, and its success proved that the Asiainfo security work has received international recognition.


2、AII Veris助力Telenor在门店成功发布Iphone7

   在发布前一周,亚信国际丹麦团队以极高的工作效率和经验,提前成功布置好 Veris的预计使用场景,并成功跑通测试环节,为9月16日Iphone7的丹麦官方发布做好了万全的准备。当地时间8:00,Telenor门店准时开门迎客,Iphone7 正式通过上千家Telenor营业厅开始在丹麦正式发售。发布当日,有1000多部Iphone7 通过Veris和One Screen 售出,为Telenor创造了销售记录,亚信国际得到了客户极大的认可和尊重。参与此项目亚信国际丹麦地区的同事们也感到非常自豪,他们用自己的专业主义精神和高效地运维能力帮助客户实现价值,赢得更好地市场机会,也赢得了来自客户的赞美和尊重!

  • Team has been proactively preparing, and running health check on production to gather for Iphone 7 presale and launch this week.

  • Some AI staff arrives as early as 0600 toensure Veris is running in green state before shop opens at 0800.

  • Sales of iphone 7 started from 0800 atcertain stores, and in all Telenor retail shops from 1000 onwards.

  • In a single day, more than 1000 units of Iphone 7 have been sold through Veris and OSE channel.

  • Telenor acknowledged effort that AI has putin to support this activities. See attached emails on appreciation from customer.

This is something we should be proud of,and it’s great motivating factor to those who have spent so much time in making this a success.


3、【AII晋升专业线Band9答辩顺利举办,6人答辩通过,成功晋升】

2016年9月12日~9月13日上午,”辛巴达大舞台—AII晋升Band8+高级经理答辩会”在杭州-成都-北京-厦门-曼谷-丹麦等地通过视频顺利举行。来自各BU/研发中心的11名现任专业线Band8经组织推荐参加了本次晋升答辩,他们的推荐人分别通过现场或视频给予了推荐致辞。黑带大师吕亚宁、张峰、李小平,领衔各AII各BU专家、管理线资深总监张继洲、GHR和来自CMC的跨BG总监刘志春共11人组成专业评委团对候选人进行了全面评审。后经AII-MC审核决议,共有6名现任Band8工程师成功晋升至专业线Band9专家。(具体详见AII总政结果发布邮件)

【6 professional Band8 employees passed the AII Promotion Defense and promoted to Band9 Expert 】

AII promotion Defense Conference to Professional Band9 was held by AII HRAM on September 12th~13th  in Hangzhou, Chengdu, Beijing and other places  .11 Candidates participated in the promotion defense. According to the objective and fair evaluation of the judges which consisted of 10 Band10/Band9 Experts in AII,1 GHR and 1 Leader of Other BG ,6 candidates promoted successfully to Band9 expert.

Store opening Odense

On August 18, 2016, Telenor Denmark openeda brand new store in Odense. The beginning of the day could not have been better with many great opening offers and a highly motivated staff. To prevent we would end up in a situation where the store was filled with customers and orders not going through the B2C team supported the store opening. Per Søndergaard,Lars Wedde from Telenor DK and Kevin. Chen from AsiaInfo were onsite in Odense from 08:00-17:30 with a stand-by support from SAP (Hungary) and Team International (OSE in Ukraine and offline team in China).

 

How did it go? - What an amazing day!

Now we are really really happy in the task force team. Happy because in Day one we had 173 different kind of sales – FromDSL(GA), to Mobile (GA) and New Phone without any major errors. We had a few but they were quickly fixed on-site very soon Of course we now need to see how it goes with NP, provisioning and so on.

 

In B2C task force, we work with defects/system errors all the time, so it was really a great experience seeing the system performing at that high level. Especially observing it IRL that many of the defects that were implemented during the summer are working. The AsiaInfo offshore team are always active and support on the solutions even there is a big difference between the time zong. Of course we still have lots of work to do with stock counting, NP and orders for B2C in the task force and Way of work in the channels – we know - but it seems the joint team finally has reach a point, where we can sell and give a good customer experience in the first step of the sales process that we have.
